FROM THE FIRST BUILD
Founded by Shawn Benson in 1986, BENSON began with a straightforward commitment: build it right, and stand behind our work. Forty years later, that commitment has grown into a respected, multigenerational family business delivering commercial and residential projects throughout Arizona and beyond.
Today, Shawn’s children work alongside him, bringing the next generation of leadership, innovation, and accountability to the company while preserving the relationships, craftsmanship, and integrity on which BENSON was built.

BENSON is run by the Benson family. Shawn leads alongside his daughter, Megan. Together with Karen Lyons and Max Zamoshkin, they form a hands-on leadership team that stays closely connected to the day-to-day operations and the work being done for every client.
